• Over the last four years Michael Dawson has performed a variety of maintenance, restoration and building projects at our Edwardian house in North Caulfield. Michael has totally renovated the kitchen, bathroom, laundry and family room.  These projects involved the removal of structural walls, reconstructing a baltic pine floor, together with painting, installing shelving, floor sanding and polishing. In addition, Mike liased with other tradesmen (tilers, cabinet makers, glaziers).  We have also had extensive painting throughout the house which has involved significant repairs to hard plaster walls.
